高校新型后勤保障体系建设探析

新型高校后勤保障体系建设是新时期高校后勤改革和发展的指导思想和改革方向,有利于在社会主义市场经济体制下更好地适应高等教育的发展趋势。然而,新体系的建设并不是一蹴而就的,仍然面临着政府职能缺位、高校自身认识不足、高校后勤资产产权不明、高校后勤人力资源匮乏等方面的影响,应当从提升高校后勤文化内涵、强化高校后勤管理、发挥政府主导职能、重视理论性研究等方面共同推动适应高等教育事业发展的新型高校后勤保障体系建设。

Analysis on the Construction of New Logistics Security System

The construction of the new university logistics security system is the guideline and direction of the college logistics reform and development.Under the socialist market economic system,it can better adapt to the trends of higher education.However,the construction of the new system cannot be done overnight and still faces such challenges as absence of government functions,lack of deep understanding of university,unclear university logistics property,shortage of university logistics human resources and so on.So the author believes that we are supposed to increase the logistics cultural connotations,strengthen its management,play the dominant functions of the government,and focus on the theoretical study in order to jointly promote the construction of the new university logistics security system that adapts to the development of higher education.
