| Abstract: | The present concept of negative lays emphasis on the self negative of matter, thus excluding the external negative in the studying scope of dialectics and has brought a series of theoretic wrong points. The dialectical negative should be a combination of the self negative and the external negative. The external negative plays a key role in the development of the matter. |
