| 摘 要： | 加快开发我国西部地区 ,是国家的一项全局性发展战略。而山区的水土问题 ,即是开发中首先应予关注的一个重大问题。此文以四川西部山区水土为题进行考察 ,概述了清代以来山区水土资源状况 ,分析了水土灾害及其致灾原因 ,对开发四川西部山区及江源之水北调黄河问题 ,提出了有待思考的一些见解和建议。

| Abstract: | Speeding up the exploitation of our western areas is an over_all developing strategy of our country and the water and soil of the mountainous areas are an important problem to be first taken care of in the exploitotion. In this paper after careful investigations,the writer has described the state of water and soil resources of the mountainous areas since the Qing Dynasty, analysed the calamilties of water and soil and their causes and put forward some considerable ideas and suggestions about the exploitation of the mountainous Western Sichuan and the northern transformation of Jiangyuan's water to the Yellow River . |
