| 摘 要： | 贵州农村高利贷现象作为民间借贷的一种表现形式,其存在和发展必然对农村形成潜在的不安定因素。帮助农民脱贫致富,加强农村金融服务力度,加大对农村的法律法规宣传力度,才能使农民自觉抵制高利贷。

| Abstract: | As a manifestation of nongovernmental debit and credit,the existence and development of the phenomenon of exorbitant usury in the countryside of Guizhou brings an unstable factor potentially.Only by aiding the farmers to get rich,enhancing the service of finance in the countryside and promoting laws and rules in the countryside can the farmers resist exorbitant usury consciously. |
