| Abstract: | Board of directors is the core of corporate governance. Effective evaluation on the performance of board of directors is the token of effective corporate governance. As a decision-making body, the decisions made by the Board of directors has strong influence on the performance of business. Building an evaluating system for the Board itself is of great importance in seeking a well-functioned board. |
