| 摘 要： | 居间合同是指居间人向委托人报告订立合同的机会或者提供订立合同的媒介服务,委托人支付报酬的合同。通过论述居间合同七方面法律特征和居间合同当事人、中居间人及委托人的权利和义务,阐述了居间合同欺诈的三种主要表现形式,指出了居间合同欺诈行为防范的四项主要措施。
