| 摘 要： | “美国华裔文学之母”黄玉雪在其自传《华女阿五》中探讨了作为华裔女性的身份问题，而这部自传因对饮食的大量描写而受到文学评论界的批评。文章将从性别、种族、文化的角度分析在这部自传中饮食对主人公身份构建的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Jade Snow Wong,addressed by Maxing Hong Kingston as Mother of Chinese American literature has discussed much about the issue of identity construction as other Asian American writers in her autobiography FIFTH CHINESE DAUGHTER.At the same time,many critics have found that the writer attached much importance to food in her work.This paper will make an exploration in the role of food in Jade Snow Wong's identity construction from the aspects of gender,ethnicity and cultural exchange. |
