| 摘 要： | 基于中国社会转型的特殊性,对社区进行了新的分类——根据社区与单位的关系把社区分为驻单位社区和非驻单位社区,分析了驻单位社区居委会所处的困境——法律定位、人事权归属、经费来源、考核机制,并提出了驻单位社区居委会走出困境的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Urban community resident autonomy is the effective way of our city management and the new goal of city community construction.This paper classifies the community according to the particularities of the Chinese Social Transformation.Communities are now classified as the community in Danwei and the community out of Danwei according to the relation of community and Danwei.It analyses the embarrassment of community resident committee in Danwei and proposes the countermeasures to the embarrassment. |
