中国共产党人对和谐文化的继承与创新

我国的传统文化与马克思主义的先进文化为和谐文化提供了无限的源泉。追求和谐是中国共产党人的愿望和理想,中国共产党的几代领导集体都从共同富裕的社会、人的全面发展、政治文明、人与自然的和谐、世界和谐等方面进行了积极有效的努力,取得了世界瞩目的成果。之所以能够取得这些成果有三条宝贵的经验:一是中国共产党人的和谐理论是一脉相承、代代承续的,而又在前人基础上与时俱进,有所创新;二是其构建的方法是一致的,主要采用了统筹兼顾的方法,而且一直依靠调动人民群众的积极性来推动和谐文化建设;三是和谐文化的哲学基础也是一致的,中国共产党人既重视矛盾,更重视解决矛盾,通过矛盾转化来达到统一思想,通过发展来促使矛盾转化,通过矛盾——转化——发展的循环来推动和谐,推动社会的进步与发展。
