语用和语篇:探索衔接的关联理论方法

自从Halliday和Hasan在20世纪70年代发表《英语中的衔接》以来,关于衔接的特性和作用在语篇语言学和心理语言学界有不少争论。从基于交际和认知的关联理论来看,Halliday和Hasan在其著作《英语中的衔接》中提出的探讨衔接的方法仍有不足,Halliday和Hasan称为衔接性的一些范畴显然与他们对衔接的程序性定义不能匹配,因而带来分类上的问题;Halliday和Hasan的方法没有从语用层面考察衔接问题,因此需要从更趋于心理和语用导向的方法考察衔接与语篇性,对语篇性概念加以再思考。
