| 摘 要： | 徐铸成是我国新闻界的老前辈 ,他在四十多年的办报生涯中 ,辛勤耕耘 ,不断追求 ,为我国的新闻事业留下了宝贵的业绩。他的办报思想是 :坚持真理 ,站在人民一边 ;多搞独家新闻、特色新闻 ;从实际出发 ,提高宣传实效 ;讲究新闻艺术 ,办出报纸特色 ;用人唯贤 ,培养人才。其编辑特色是 :深入调查、机动有效的采写 ;巧妙化用、多样引人的选编 ;总体部署、创新编辑的版面编排

| Abstract: | As a forerunner of the newspaper circle, Xu Zhu cheng devoted over forty years of his life to his newspaper editing and running. His principle is to uphold truths and side with the broad masses of people and publish exclusive news reports. His editing style is to have in depth interviews, select good and impressive news materials and make the new layout of the news columes. |
