| 摘 要： | 中小企业的成长性障碍是我国、也是苏州经济发展中亟待解决的问题。为此 ,必须采取企业体制与能力建设的创新互动战略 ,以构筑企业核心竞争力 ,加强企业能力建设 ,营造公平竞争的市场制度和政策环境 ,以推进中小企业的可持续成长。

| Abstract: | The obstacle to the development of medium sized and small enterprises is to overcome in the course of economic development in Suzhou and the other parts of our country. So we must take a strategy of innovative interaction between the enterprise system and its capacity development in order to strengthen the competitive power of enterprises, speed up their capacity development, create an environment of market system and policy of fair competition to hasten the sustainable growth of these enterprises. |
