| 摘 要： | 企业的技术构成水平 ,制约企业吸纳人力资源的能力 ,并由此影响高等院校特别是理工类院校的人力资源培育机制。因此高校的教育目标应从我国的国情出发 ,与现阶段产业结构、企业的技术构成相适应 ,切实纠正在人力资源培育机制方面存在的某些问题 ,为企业提供适用人才。

| Abstract: | The technical formation of an enterprise conditions its man power capacity, and also affects the man-power resources training system of institutions of higher learning, especially colleges and universities of science and engineering. Judging by this, the college and university education should proceed from the actual situation, adjust itself to the industrial structure and technical formation of the present period, settle problems that confront the training system of man power resources so as to train qualified working personnel for enterprises. |
