国有企业所属学校基础教育的现状与改革策略

国有企业所属基础教育与企业的分离已成为目前中国基础教育改革的关键问题之一。国有企业所属基础教育存在着许多问题,改革势在必行。但是,如何实现企业办学向政府办学的平稳过渡,是一个摆在国有企业、地方政府以及企业学校面前的一个重要课题。本文认为,企业所属中小学为我国教育的发展作出了很大贡献,但现状也令人堪忧,因而,我们应从多角度、多渠道进行改革。

It has become one of the key issues of elementary educational reform of China that the elementary education sub-ject to enterprises must be divided from the enterprises.At present the reform is imperative because many serious problems live in the elemeutary education subject to the enterprises But how to realize the smooth transmission of opening school from enterprises to state is becoming one of the important subject met by enterprises local administration and the schools of enter-prises.In this article the author thinks the primary and middle schools subject to the enterprises have been contributing to the development of the educution of our country but the present situation makes us worried so the reform to it should be considered from various angles and channels and practical.
