| 摘 要： | 茶经过药用、食用而发展到主要作为饮用,并由饮茶逐渐形成独立的全国性的茶文化。饮茶是我国最初茶叶发现和利用的一个质的飞跃,是茶文化的起源。茶文化是在我国新石器时代中期或晚期起源于巴蜀。

| Abstract: | Tea was used as drink following its medicinal and food usage and thereby a tea culture was gradually developed as a kind of special and nationwide culture.Drinking tea was a leap in the discovery and usage of tea and hence an origin for the evolution of tea culture.Tea culture was inferentially traceable to Sichuan at the middle or late Neolithic Age. |
