| 摘 要： | 房地产业近几年呈现快速发展势头,对推动我国国民经济发展起着越来越重要的作用。未来我国房地产业仍将保持增长,但目前房地产开发中存在着局部泡沫及质量不高等问题。目前要加强宏现调控,进一步规范房地产开发市场,同时要采取有效措施抑制过高房价,以促进房地产业快速健康发展。

| Abstract: | Recently, the real estate in China has made great progress and played a more and more important role in its national economy. In future, the real estate will remain at a quick developmental speed. However, at this moment, some problems and unrealistic statistics can be observed. To accelerate its progress, it is necessary for China to strengthen its macro control, standardize the development of its market, and restrain the high prices of the housing by adopting effective measures to help it develop in a healthy way. |
