| 摘 要： | 旅游业作为西部的支柱产业。其旅游资源的特色是 :旅游资源丰度大 ,精品生态旅游资源多 ,少数民族风情优势突出 ,旅游资源组合度好。西部旅游资源开发中存在的问题是 :旅游资源开发不够 ,旅游基础设施薄弱 ,缺乏科学的区域性旅游规划 ,旅游开发资金严重短缺 ,旅游专业人才严重缺乏。西部旅游资源开发的对策是 :制订科学的高水平的区域旅游发展规划 ,实施“政府主导型”旅游发展战略 ,实施旅游精品战略 ,创一批旅游名牌产品 ,多渠道筹集旅游发展资金 ,进一步完善旅游基础设施建设 ,加强旅游业人力资源的开发和管理

| Abstract: | With the coming of the 21st century, the Central Government decided to carry on the West Development strategy. In order to answer the call, each province, city and municipality in the West China respectively takes the advantage of the local resources, and puts the tourism as the major financial industry of the regional prosperity. This essay introduces the advantages and characteristics of the tourism resources in the West, analyses the existing problems in the exploiting of the western tourism resources, and finally proposes some measures and strategies for it. |
