On Evolution of Social Relationships and Transfromation of Civil Administration Work

When the process of Chinese social transformation is globalized horizontally and goes forward into the future vertically and the new socialist market economy system is completely established , it will trigger socialization of public administration power at Chinese basic social relationships and of power structures ,and it will trigger transformation of traditional Chinese civil administration patterns and of their operation styles .This objective ,historical process is now urging the state power to have a set of new rule arrangements of the society in transformation .This inevitable phenomenon ,tendency and process may finally evolve into a wall\|organized social administration pattern ,a well\|operated social mechanism and a law\|controlled system in which responsibilities ,powers and between the state and equal main social entities form local to central level.
