On the Economic Development Strategies of the Th ree Generations Party Leaders towards the Areas of Minor Nationalities: a Hist orical Analysis

The Party leaders of three generations adopted economic development strategies going through three stages: " lose\|to\|lose" for both the developed and the underdeveloped," gradual advancement" which was a policy of "lose\|to\|win" simultaneous development, "win\|to\|win" policy. These strategies embody the gradual development from immature to mature. In fact, the strategy to develop the West is the quintessence of the economic development policies made by the three generations Party leaders, symbolizing the maturity of the CPC's policy to develop the areas of minorities in the Middle and West.
