Systematic Behavioral Analyzing Model of Public Authority's Corruption

The combination of systematic analysis and behavioral analysis represents a new orientation in political research. Synthesizing the theory about human behavior from behavior science and new systematic economics, the thesis induces 'the systematic|behavioral analyzing model of behavior ' and applies it in the research of corrupted behavior of public authority. As a result, the thesis puts forth the occurring model of corrupted behavior of public authority and the level model of corruption. The model argues that the occurrence of corrupted behavior of public authority is the interplay of authority subject and systematic environment; the level of authority corruption mainly depends on formal system.
