高校心理健康教育的误区与对策思考

目前我国高校心理健康教育的认识和实践还存在一些偏差和误区 ,主要表现在以下几个方面 :将心理健康教育混同于德育 ;重诊治、轻预防 ;重障碍咨询、轻发展咨询 ;队伍的专业性不强 ;缺乏对心理求助方式的调查等。针对这些误区 ,应从高校心理健康教育与德育的结合、加强心理健康教育课程建设、建设专业性的队伍、优化高校心理健康教育环境等方面入手 ,以切实改进高校心理健康教育工作

On Deviation and Countermeasure about the Mental Health Education of Colleges and Universities Students

At present there are some deviations from theory and practice about the mental health education of colleges and universities students in China. The paper analyzes the following deviations: regarding mental health education as moral education; paying attention to psychotherapy than prevention; more disorder counseling less development counseling; being short of professionalization; lacking survey on the way to ask for psychological help. And it puts forth reform countermeasures: combining mental health education with moral education; enhancing curriculum construction; professionalizing teachers; making good campus environment for the mental health education.
