试论社会技能的价值与结构

社会技能是国外心理学家十分关注、我国心理学工作者也开始研究的一个重要的心理学问题。社会技能对个体的社会支持、心身健康、工作效率等有着重要影响。社会技能的基本要素包括自信心、心理认知、回馈与强化、非言语交流技能、言语交流技能、同理心、合作、关心他人等。
