| 摘 要： | 健康乃是一种身体上、心理上和社会上的完满状态,而不仅仅是没有疾病和虚弱的状态,完整的健康包括生理和心理健康。心理健康的特征应是:智力正常、自我意识好、心境好、交往好、人品好、适应能力强等等。
