| 摘 要： | 列宁对灌输理论进行了系统而丰富的阐述，为了提高理论的灌输效果，他对灌输原因、灌输主体、灌输客体和灌输方法四个方面分别进行了深刻的分析。学习列宁的灌输理论，有助于人们认识到加强当代大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的紧迫性，并且知道教育主体应该具备什么样的素质，如何分析教育客体差异性，怎样实施有效的灌输教育等。

| Abstract: | Lenin＇s theory of the indoctrination is systematic and thorough. In order to enhance educational effect of the theory, he analyses profoundly four aspects about the theory including the cause of the indoctrination, the teachers of indoctrination, the objects of the indoctrination, and the methods of the indoctrination. Learning Lenin＇s instilling theory will help us recognize that urgency of strengthening socialist core values of contemporary college students, know what capabilities teachers of indoctrination should possess , how to analyze the difference of objects and how to perform effective education of instillation. |
