孝文君臣的用人路线并无实质性差异

摘    要:关于北魏孝文帝君臣用人路线问题的研究,史学界多争议。笔者认为孝文帝此时期的用人,是既重门第,亦重才能。而汉士族韩显宗、李冲等人则主张用人在注重才能的同时,也不排斥门第。北魏君臣的言论看似不同,但就对汉士族的实际选拔来说,并无实质性差异,即既注重门第,又注重才能,而似乎后者更重要。

Abstract:There are many controversies among the scholars on selection of qualified personnel between Emperor Xiao Wen and his officials.The paper holds Emperor Xiao Wen paid attention to lineage and ability as well in selecting qualified people.While Han Xian-zong,Li Chong and other statesmen in the Han Dynasty advocated the focus should be put on ability first,and lineage should not be overlooked at the same time.Their opinions look different,but no substantive difference lies in the actual selection.Both the lineage and ability are important,while the latter seems more important.
