| 摘 要： | 学习型组织理论是20世纪90年代兴起的一种全新的组织管理理论。社会的发展、教师管理的改革、学校和教师自身的发展等因素决定了教师管理必然走向学习型组织。学校学习型组织的创建和运用学习型组织理论对教师进行管理,可以从管理思想的创新,管理组织的创新,教师管理的创新,建立学校组织的共同愿景等方面入手。

With social development, reforming in teacher management and the development of school decide the inevitable development from teacher management to study-model-organization. In order to construct and apply of study-model-oranization theory to teacher administration, we can begin with creation in management mind, management organization, teacher management and common object establishment. |
