| 摘 要： | 西汉王朝的政治体制是郡、国并行制,即郡县制与王国分封制并存,郡县直属西汉王朝,王国则为封王管辖的地区。王国建有一套独立的职官体系,其中相是最主要的职官之一。王国相的设置、地位变迁、职权、任命以及与诸侯王的关系从一个侧面反映了西汉中央集权的强化。
