| 摘 要： | 金融在城市群要素流动和资源配置中起着导向作用，发展低碳金融能促使城市群转变经济增长方式、调整低碳产业结构、激发低碳技术创新、引导低碳消费、创造低碳生活环境以实现低碳城市群建设目标。长株潭低碳城市群建设的碳金融支持需以碳资产管理为基础，碳信用交易为核心，通过创建多层次的碳金融市场，开发多元化的碳金融产品，发展多样化的碳金融服务机构，为低碳城市群建设提供立体化的碳金融服务。
