China and Missile Technology Control Regime:Process and Prospect

The thesis mainly focuses on the relationship between the MTCR and China.In the first part,the thesis looks back to the development of the MTCR,including the negotiation of building it,the process of developing it and the contents of running it.In the second part,the thesis analyzes the limits and flaws of the regime,and especially takes U.S.behavior in the framework of the MTCR as evidence.In the third part,the thesis touches upon the relationship between MTCR and China.In the end the thesis will look to the future development of the relationship between the MTCR and China.
