“生存性智慧”与中国发展研究论纲

在全球化时代，我们需“重新发现中国”，而其中一个重大使命就是对中国人的“生存性智慧”进行理论阐释。当下“中国模式”研究存在着知识导向、制度导向、唯理主义预设等缺陷。以“生存性智慧”与“未意图后果”为关键词对“中国模式”进行“实践导向”的解释，有可能成为深入探究“中国模式”的一个较为可行的路径。如果我们以“生存性智慧”来把握中国经济发展的历史进程，那么晚近30多年来的中国经济发展大体上可以被视为这样一个过程：“生存性智慧”在关于意识形态的“真假结构”的庇护下、以经济交往中的“熟人交易”和政治交往中的“策略行动”为基本形态、以不同层次“生存共同体”的“共同利益”或“共同善”为依据、以经济发展的后果为最高“责任伦理”判准而逐渐形成的一个“未意图扩展”的历史进程。

"Living Wisdom" and China Development Research

In the era of globalization, people need to ＂re-discover China＂ , and one major mission of the rediscovery is making the theoretical explanation on Chinese ＂living wisdom＂. As for the present research on ＂China model＂, there are defects involving knowledge-oriented, system-oriented and rationalist default existed. Thus the practice-oriented explanation, with the key words of ＂living wisdom＂ and ＂unintended consequence of intended action＂, to China model would pos- sibly become a more viable path to make a further exploration in this field. The author believes by using ＂living wisdom＂ as criteria to consider the historical process of China＇ s economic development, the recent 30 years＇ development would generally be considered as a process that under the protection of ideologies＇ true and false structure, by using ＂ acquaintance transactions＂ within economic contacts and ＂action policy＂ within political contacts as the basic form, ＂common interest＂ or ＂common philanthropies＂ among different hierarchies of ＂living community＂ as standard and the consequences of economic development as the highest criteria of ＂responsibility ethics＂, the ＂living wisdom＂ gradually formed a ＂unintended consequence of intended action＂ historical process.
