| 摘 要： | 现代企业产权制度的基本内容是 :以公司的法人财产为基础 ,以出资者原始所有权、公司法人财产权和公司财产经营权相互分离为特征 ,形成公司财产的有限责任制度 ,通过科学的法人治理结构来实行产权的市场化运作 ,从而实现资源的优化配置 ,提高资源的利用效率

| Abstract: | The basic contents of property rights system of modern enterprises are as follows: the limited liability system of corporation property is formed based on the corporate property, characterized by the separation of investors' original ownership, corporate property ownership and corporation property managing rights. Through scientific corporate management structure, it makes rational use of resources and raises the utilization ratio through marketable operation of property rights. |
