城市化进程中的水生态安全问题探讨

水生态安全是水安全的重要组成部分,世界上许多国家都将水安全问题列入国家安全战略并给予高度重视。本文从水生态安全的内涵和外延入手,在剖析城市化进程中水生态安全问题的基础上,阐述了在我国城市化进程中,必须把生态建设,特别是水生态建设作为“可持续发展”的重点,坚持“人水相亲、自然和谐”的水生态安全理念,以水生态安全与水资源的可持续利用保障与促进城市乃至整个国家的可持续发展。

Study on the Safety of Water Zoology during the Urbanization Process

The safety of water zoology is an important part of water safety,and attracts high attention as part of national safety strategy by many countries.Beginning from the connotation and extension of water zoology safety,and on the basis of analyzing the problems of water zoology safety during the urbanization process,this paper expatiates that the construction of zoology,especially the water zoology,should be considered as the emphasis of sustainable development,that the water zoology safety conception of the waterhuman relation and the natural harmony should be persisted,and that only by the sustainable utilization of water zoology safety and water resources can we ensure and promote the sustainable development of the city and the nation as a whole.
