摘 要: | 测试了电阻型湿度敏感器随着温度变化的导电性能,根据Arrhenius关系和大量测试数据的分析,导出了该湿度传感器的电阻随着相对湿度变化的半经验公式,并通过实例应用了该半经验公式。
