| 摘 要： | 针对田口方法的不足,本文在双因子方法DRA(dualresponseapproach)的基础上从经济的角度讨论了参数设计问题。考虑产品规格界限及质量损失的不对称性,建立了经济性参数设计模型,并利用遗传算法(GA)得到了最经济的过程均值与波动方差。最后给出一个实例验证了此模型是可行的,有效的。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the fault of the Taguchi method,the paper investigates the parameter design problem from an economic point of view in the base of DRA.The paper purposes a model of economical parameter design by taking product specification and an asymmetric quality loss into consideration and adopts genetic algorithm to achieve the most economical process mean and variance.At last an example demonstrates that the model is feasible and valid. |
