| 摘 要： | 新农村建设的顺利实现，与农村妇女政治参与作用的发挥有不可分割的联系。通过调查发现，传统政治文化的影响，现代政治文化知识的缺乏，文化程度低，女性党员队伍的弱小，思想政治工作薄弱，市场经济发展不充分，缺乏主体意识和法律意识，使得农村妇女政治参与程度低。发挥农村女性在政治参与中的作用需要各方面的努力，如发展文化教育，做好思想政治工作，壮大女性党员队伍，发展社会主义市场经济等。

| Abstract: | The smooth realization of constructing new countryside has undivided links with the role of rural women's political participation.It needs all efforts to exert rural women's role in political participation,such as developing education,doing ideological and political work,increasing female party members,and promoting the development of socialist market economy. |
