关于现场办公的辨证思考

“现场办公”在当前受到各级党政广泛采用,群众普遍欢迎,公共媒体予以大量报道与评述,在克服官僚主义、转变工作作风、提高工作效率和管理水平、促进和谐社会构建等方面具有重要意义,但也存在搞形式主义的异化倾向与滋长官僚主义、等靠要思想和不利程序化、规范化的负面影响,需要给予高度重视并采取应对措施。

Dialectical Thought of On-the-spot Work

Nowadays on-the-spot work is adopted by various government and the Party departments,welcomed by the masses.Public medium has posted large number of report and comment on it.It exerts significant effect on removing bureaucracy,changing working style,raising working efficiency and management level,accelerating construction of harmonious society.On the other hand,it has negative effects on dissimilation of formalism,bureaucracy growth,development of the dependant thought and it has disadvantage for working procedure and standard.Much attention should be paid and the measures should be adopted to overcome it.
