Abstract:The market guidance is an important characteristics of enterprises’ functioning mechanism under market economy. With increasing intensive market competition, the market investigation and research is being more and more attached great importance by industrial and commercial circles as an important instrument of market competition for modern enterprises. However, lacking of the practical experience of market investigation and research for long times in the statistical department of our country, much technical and managerial aspects concerning the market investigation and research still need to be further improved, whether judged by the advanced criterion in this areas abroad or compared with the actual requirements of industrial and commercial enterprises at home and abroad. The author made systematic discussion on the training and management of market interviewers based on his working experience in this areas for many years and put forward some countermeasures.
