摘 要: | 建设高水平的大学,教学管理是重要的一环。网络时代的教学管理使未来教学管理模式将从任务取向型领导方式转变为人员取向型领导方式,强调了以人为本的教学管理模式。通过各种激励制度的建立,使被管理者具有自我管理、自我学习能力,最终达到管理者与被管理者的共同提高,实现教学管理的最终目的。

On the Characteristics and the Trend of Teaching Administration in the Internet Age |

Abstract: | Teaching administration plays an important role in the construction of a highly standard university. This article focuses on the introduction of the characteristics and the trend of teaching administration in the internet age. The 20th century is a knowledge-based economic age. People share information and have an exchange of information and ideas with the public on the internet, through which adjusting the administrators' behaviors. This paper also elaborates on the change of the administering mode from a task-oriented one to a personnel-oriented one, which showing emphasis on a human-based trend. The application of various stimulating systems enables the administrated to self-administer and self-study thus realize the mutual improvement of the both sides and the ultimate goal of teaching administration. |
