| 摘 要： | 学术管理是高等学校管理的一项重要内容。文章从省、校两个层面出发,初步探讨了高等学校学术管理应坚持的民主原则、多样性原则、优先扶持原则、目标锁定原则、依靠专家原则、激励创新原则、为地方经济服务原则、法治原则,以此提高学术管理的科学性、针对性、示范性、时效性、权威性、有效性、方向性和规范性。

| Abstract: | Academic management is a key content of higher school management.Starting with province and higher school levels,this article talks about the principals that the academic manager should keep to: democracy,diversity,priority assistance, locking target,depending on experts, encouraging to bring forth new idea,serving the local economy, ruling by law to improve scientificness,pertinence,demonstrativeness, authoritativeness, validity, directivity,normativeness of academic management. |
