| Abstract: | Some scholars at home and abroad hold that the term of beneficiary exists only in life insurance contract instead of property insurance contract. Such a contradiction is also observed in Insurance Law in China. In our real life, property insurance contract should involve the side of beneficiary. Hence, it is of great need to carry out further the study of this problem. |
