摘    要:教师胜任力研究是对教师质量的深层次考察。教师胜任力与教师考核有着密切的关系。高职专业教师考核要借鉴教师胜任力研究的相关成果,从胜任力角度分析高职专业教师考核中存在的问题,并针对这些存在的问题改进高职专业教师考核的办法。

A Preliminary Study of the Evaluation Research of Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational Education Based on Competency Research

Abstract:Competency research is a deep examination of teacher quality, And competency is closely related with staff evaluation. Thus, the assessment of professional teachers in higher vocational education should make use of research achievements of teacher competency for reference and analyze the present problems in the assessment of professional teachers in higher vocational education from the aspect of competency, thus improve the assessment of professional teachers in higher vocational education.
