| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代以来,战略规划这一重要思想开始从工商管理领域引入到教育领域中。作为战略规划核心思想之一的SWOT分析,在教育规划中也得到了成功运用。SWOT分析方法是用系统的思想将组织内部优势(S)与劣势(W)、外部机会(O)与威胁(T)等看似独立的变化因素相互匹配起来进行综合分析,制定有效战略计划的方法。在学校发展规划制定过程中运用此方法,将使规划的制定更加科学有效。本文主要介绍SWOT分析理论的基本内容以及上海市奉贤区J小学在学校发展规划中的实际运用。

| Abstract: | In the 1970s, strategic plan begins to be introduced from the business administration field to the field of education. As one of the core ideas of strategic planning, the SWOT is a systematic analysis method that matches up internal strengths（S）, weaknesses（W）, external opportunities（O）, threats（T） and other seemingly independent variable factors together to analyze synthetically and make effective strategic plan for an organization. The process of making school development plan will be more scientific and effective by using this method. Hence, this paper introduces the basic content of the SWOT analysis theory and then discusses its application in the school development plan of J Elementary School in Fengxian District, Shanghai. |
