| 摘 要： | 美国为了建立一支卓越的教师队伍,于2013年11月8日正式出台了第一部全国性的师资培育表现评价标准即edTPA（Teacher Performance Assessment）。旨在从师资准备入手,有效地评估教师候选人教学准备效果,提升初任教师的质量,促进教师队伍质量的提高和学生学业成就的提升。
