音乐院校英语教师发展模式探究

音乐院校英语教师的发展一直处于困顿局面,破解这一难题的主要方法有多种:一是音乐院校英语教师要充分发挥自身专业的显著优势,将英语教育与音乐教育紧密结合起来,调动学生学英语的积极性;二是要争取学校领导支持,将英语专业建设融入到音乐专业的学科建设之中;三是利用专业优势积极参与学校的对外交流活动,促进学校的国际化建设。同时,英语教师要将外部支持与自主学习有机结合起来,实现个人职业发展规划,提高专业可持续发展能力。

Research of Development Modes of English Teachers in Music Schools

The development of young English teachers in music schools has always been faced with a weary situation. In order to solve this problem, the following strategies can be put into use： First, English teachers in music schools should give full play to their advantages and integrate closely English education with music education to stimulate students＇ enthusiasm.
