| 摘 要： | 我国目前正在执行的高职院校教师素质提高计划在培训覆盖面、培训时间、培训内容和培训师资等方面存在着的一定问题。本文在总结和借鉴德国巴符州职业院校教师进修方式特点的基础上,有针对性地提出了解决这些问题的具体方法。
