摘    要:教师教育是教育工作的母机,由于在"师范教育"转向"教师教育"的过程中没有有效解决师范教育存在的学术性与师范性之争问题,因此,导致教师教育存在本质上的先天不足。对教师教育改革缺乏"从实求知"的论证,体现在理论准备不充分,对现实又没有调查全面,使我国教师教育改革在弯路上前行,突出表现在教师教育人才培养模式"水土不服""说做不一"等问题,为了解决这个问题,我们提出了"四维一体"教师教育人才培养模式,明确了教师教育人才培养目标的基本要求,充分考虑到师范生生源质量、教师的社会地位、教育发展对教师素质的基本诉求。

On Innovation and Practice of Personnel Training Model in Teacher Education f rom the Perspective of Ecological Philosophy

Abstract:Teacher education is the foundation of education. Due to no effective solution to the dispute between the "academic" and "pedagogic" at the turning from pedagogical education to teacher education, there is a congenital deficiency in teacher education. Lacking in "knowledge from practice" demonstration, such as inadequate preparation for theories, incomprehensive survey on realities, teacher education reforms have taken a lot of detours, which is mainly manifested by the problems of "unacclimatized" teacher training model and "inconsistency between the words and actions". In order to solve these problems, this thesis puts forward a personnel training model from the view of ecological philosophy and the principle of "idealization of actuality, actualization of ideality", and clarifies the basic requirements of teacher training objectives, fully considering the enrollment quality, the teachers' social status, and the basic demands of educational development for teacher quality.
