教学过程中师生文化互动的意义生成

摘    要:当前社会文化形式多样,传统文化与新生文化交互影响,同其一脉相承的教育也受到了极大的影响。教师和学生尽管共同继承了优秀的传统文化,但是由于各自文化特点的不同,两者一般处于不同的文化系统。所以,在其互动的主要场所——教学活动过程中,两种不同的文化就会出现或冲突、或交融的现象。二者不同的意义世界,要求重视教师和学生各自个体文化的差异性和他们不同于彼此的独特性,同时也要关注他们之间密切的人际互动。尤其是在教学过程中,要采取独特的教学方式,创设优良的教学环境,促进师生文化互动,保证教学过程顺利进行。

Abstract:There are diverse forms of social culture in the current society.Traditional culture and nascent culture interact on each other,which has made a great impact on education.Although teachers and students both inherit the fine traditional culture,because of their different characters,usually they are in different cultural systems.Therefore,in the main place of its interaction—the teaching process,two different cultures will present the phenomenon of conflict or blending.Two different meaning worlds require us to attach importance to the difference between individual culture,their uniqueness and the close human interaction between teachers and students.To ensure the smooth development of teaching activity,we must take unique teaching methods,create good teaching environment and promote cultural interaction between teachers and students.
