| 摘 要： | 小学教师转岗幼儿园教师是我国支持幼儿教育事业的一项重大举措,旨在有效缓解我国农村地区幼教师资短缺现状,解决中小学富余教师再就业难题。本文运用访谈法对小学教师转岗幼儿园教师的现状、问题和原因进行了分析,并提出了完善该举措的策略和具体要求,为今后的转岗研究提出了建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Primary school teachers＇transfer to kindergarten teachers is an important measure for our country to support the early childhood education,which aims at effectively alleviating the shortage of teachers in rural pre-school education in China and solving the unemployment problem of surplus teachers in primary and high schools.This thesis analyzes the present situation,the problems and the causes of transferred primary school teachers by interviewing some of them,and puts forward some improvement measures,specific requirements,providing some constructive suggestions for future study on teaches＇transfer. |
