摘    要:我国开展教师职业倦怠的研究起步较晚,目前国内对教师职业倦怠的研究以借鉴国外研究理论成果为起点,实现教师职业倦怠研究的本土化。在此基础上,走精细化拓展之路,但尚未形成具有中国特色的教师职业倦怠研究的系统化理论体系。

Abstract:Studies on teachers’ job burnout began late in China . Chinese researchers draw heavily on overseas theories to study on real situations in China in an attempt to refine and develop those theories . However , a mature system of theories exclusively on Chinese teachers ’ job burnout phenomena has not been established yet .
