县域乡村基础教育师资力量的均衡配置研究

摘    要:促进教育的均衡发展是为农村学生提供均衡的教育条件和机会,是实现教育公平的基本途径,亦是构建和谐社会的基本条件。本文考察了国内外县域乡村基础教育师资配置均衡问题,分析了现阶段我国县域乡村基础教育师资力量的均衡配置方面存在的问题,阐述了促使师资合理化的价值与意义,在此基础上提出了促进师资配置均衡化的策略。

Research on Equilibrium Configuration of Rural Elementary Education Teachers

Abstract:Promoting the balanced development of education is to provide a balance education con-dition and opportunities for rural students , it is the basic way to make education more equitable and the basic condition of building a harmonious society . This paper investigates the problems of configu -ration from rural elementary education teachers at home and abroad , makes clear that county rural ele-mentary education has some balanced configuration problems of faculty in our country , realizes the value and significance of teachers’ rationalization , and puts forward to promoting the teachers configu-ration equalization strategy based on the above .
